My food and eating habits are eats every 3times and eat rice!!! Eating 3 times is little bit difficult for me but, I’m trying almost every day. becouse, everyday i wake up different time and i have work 5 or 6 o'clock to midnight aboyut 3~4 times a week. when i have 1st piriod, i eat break fast but other day i dont. I think it real habits but I hope going to be my habits really soon. Eat break first is most important thing, I think. Break first is make lots of power for me! And lunch is makes me sleepy but, I can concentrate everything. Dinner is one of treat for me!!
eating rice is Japanese hart!!!! I think. also, i dont eat snucks a lot. i like helty foods.
